Located at 3133 Cleburne Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76110, Carshon's Delicatessen operates as a deli serving Fort Worth in Texas. In Fort Worth, the breakfast crowd peaks on Saturday and Sunday mornings, so a weekday visit or an early arrival avoids the line. Across Texas, regional staples show up on the menu: biscuits and gravy and chicken and waffles in the South, breakfast tacos and burritos in Texas and the Southwest, green chile in New Mexico, and Hawaiian plate breakfasts in the islands. Check the listing for hours, whether the restaurant takes reservations and its Google rating and reviews, and note that many diners are cash-friendly but nearly all take cards. Counter seating usually moves faster than a table for one or two.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–3 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (817) 923-1907. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, carshonsdeli.com.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 858 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded delis & sandwich shops in Fort Worth.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Worth follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We found this place online and had the chance to stop in today. It wasn't overly busy and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, and our waitress was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made several recommendations, and I'm so glad we took her advice. The Reuben Dog and the Rebecca were both amazing. Every ingredient added another layer of flavor, creating the perfect bite. My absolute favorite, though, was the chili. It was packed with rich, bold flavor and loaded with meat, exactly how great chili should be. It honestly reminded me of my grandfather's HLSR award-winning chili, which is about the highest compliment I can give. I'm really glad we decided to walk into Carshon's Deli. The food was filling, the prices were very reasonable, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and look forward to coming back. 10 stars if I could give them!

This place is a gem!!! The reuben is to die for! Bagel chips are wonderful! The nostalgia at the front counter with all the good ole candies is the icing on top! Took my sweet Momma today and she fell in love too! You will be back & so will we!🩷

This place is a hidden gem in Fort Worth. The pastrami competes with the Katz Deli in NYC (we know that’s blasphemy, but it’s true). Wife got the turkey sandwich and cup of homemade chili. If you like New York style sandwiches in a quaint atmosphere, this place will certainly appeal to your tastebuds. Parking is limited and it was busy inside. We were about to get seated quickly though. Highly recommend.

This NY-style deli has been serving it up in Fort Worth for almost 100 years, and they’ve been in this location since 1973. To say they’re tenured would be an understatement. Friendly service in a cute and comfy dining room- all padded chairs and a few booths. Menu is small but fierce. My favorite is The Rachel but The Rutherford is a close second. However, the real stars are their desserts- homemade pies that rotate daily- Chocolate on Wednesday and Banana on Friday- my two faves. They are old school and use meringue instead of whipped cream- a rarity nowadays. And don’t get me started on their Cappuccino Ice Cream Pie- Oh Mama! Chef’s kiss perfection. Parking is free but their lot fills up fast. Plenty of free street parking nearby, so don’t fret. ***Biggest tip- they are CASH (or local check) ONLY*** and no ATM onsite, so plan ahead. Slight cheat code: they do accept online orders for To-Go only, and you can use a card for those through Caviar for no additional fee. Next time you’re in the TCU area, stop by and show them some love.

First time here and the ladies at the front counter were really nice and our waitress was really nice as well. I would definitely return, maybe I’ll make it a weekend thing because the food was really good.
